摘要
目的优选水飞蓟总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以水飞蓟总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法,对提取过程中乙醇浓度、加醇量、提取时间和提取次数4个影响因素进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为用6倍75%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取工艺效率高,可增加水飞蓟的利用率。
Objective To optimize and establish the extraction conditions of total flavonoid from Holy Thistle. Methods The ortho gonal investigation was employed to test the effects of the four factors including concentration of alcohol, volume of alcohol, time and fre- quency of extraction on the total flavonoid contents in Holy Thistle. Results The optimum extraction condition was to add 6 times volume of 75% alcohol and to extract 3 times for 60 min each time. ConcZusion The optimum extraction technology has higher effi-ciency for extracting and increasing the availability of Holy Thistle.
