Research on the Protection of Geographical Indications of Agricultural Products in Shandong Province

农产品地理标志的申请和使用是地理标志保护制度实施的基本前提和首要保障。文章在文献查阅、数据收集和实地调研的基础上,对山东省农产品地理标志的保护现状从基础条件、使用情况和经济效应等方面进行分析,从而找出目前存在的问题,提出解决对策,为地理标志保护制度的有效实施提供一定的理论指导和现实借鉴。

The application and use of agricultural geographical indication have become the basic premise for the implementation of agricultural geographical indication system in China. Based on the research perspective of present situation of agricultural geographical indication protection, through the review of literatures, data collection and on-the-spot investigation, this paper analyzes the basic conditions, service condition and economic effect of the protection of agricultural geographical indications present situation in Shandong Province, and locates the problems of protection conditions and provides the measures. It is designed to provide certain theoretical and practical reference for the effective implementation of the geographical indication protection system.
