桥式起重机是企业中最常用最重要的吊运机械,其能否正常工作直接影响车间生产、设备检修等任务的完成及人身、设备的安全。在桥式起重机运行中,由于其运转率日益增高、司机操作不规范(习惯于频繁反接制动停车)导致大车电机的运行故障率高、大车电机频繁烧毁。介绍了起重量为15/3T的桥式起重机大车电机运行的状况,分析了频繁烧毁的原因及当时采取的处理措施(转子回路增加10%的常加电阻)及目前改进趋势。
The bridge crane is the most commonly used and most important to lifting machinery, if it will work directly affect the completion of the workshop production, equipment maintenance and other tasks as well as personal and equipment safety. In the operation of the bridge crane, due to its operation rate has been increasing, and drivers are not standardized ( accustomed to frequent reverse parking brake) lead to the cart motor running high failure rate, motor carts frequently burned. The status of the motor to run bridge crane from the weight of 15/3T burned frequently causes and treatment measures (often add a 10% increase in rotor circuit resistance) was described and the current improvement trends.
