摘要
带式输煤机的阻转矩属于恒转矩负载,这类负载采用通用变频器控制的目的是实现设备自动化、提高劳动生产率、提高产品质量。分析了恒转矩性能的通用变频器的选型,同时充分考虑低速、大转矩情况下为提高转矩提升能力而使电压补偿提的过高及过电流保护动作,必要时应将通用变频器的容量提高一档,或者采用具有矢量控制或直接转矩控制的通用变频器。
