中医治疗对早期糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白及血hs-CRP的影响被引量：3

摘要糖尿病肾病（diaetic nephropathy,DN）是糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一。研究发现,糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP水平与糖尿病肾脏损伤程度相关,且随尿蛋白排泄率的增加而增加[1]。笔者自2009年起,采用中医整体辨证治疗早期DN患者30例,观察hs-CRP与蛋白尿变化情况,报道如下。
