摘要 目的:观察丙泊酚静脉麻醉对肺癌患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响。方法:30例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期行肺癌切除术患者随机分为2组,每组各15例。A组:七氟烷组,吸入七氟烷用于维持麻醉;B组:丙泊酚组,用微量泵静注丙泊酚维持麻醉;于手术前及手术开始2h、手术结束时、术后24h各时间点抽取静脉血检测定血清NSE含量。结果:手术2h、手术结束时和术后24h与术前比较,七氟烷组NSE均升高,丙泊酚组无明显变化,2组间比较B组低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌手术中使用丙泊酚麻醉能够降低NSE含量,改善预后,具有保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of the propofol intravenous anesthesia on the neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in lung cancer patient. Methods: 30 patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ level elective resection patient were randomly divided into 2 groups, sevoflurane group(n= 15)and propofol group(n= 15). Group A(the sevoflurane group) :inhalation of sevoflurane for maintain. Group B(the propofol group) : propofol group, intravenous propofol in patient with micro pump for maintain;in pre-operative, the start of surgery 2h and the end of surgery, post-operalive 24h at each time point venous blood testing serum NSE. Results:Compared with pre-operative,NSE of the start of surgery 2h and the end of surgery, post-operative 24h were increased in the sevoflurane group, it was no significant change in the propofol group; group B was lower than group A(P〈0. 05)in the end of surgery between the two groups. Conclusion: Propofol can reduce the levels of NSE and improve in lung cancer surgery, it has a protective effect.
