摘要
目的:了解南京地区产ESBLs菌基因型的流行情况。方法:用TEM型、SHV型、CTX-M型、OXA型ESBLs的特定引物进行扩增并对扩增产物进行测序分析确定基因型。结果:30株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和30株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌未发现TEM型、SHV型、OXA型ESBLs,51株产CTX-M型ESBLs,主要为CTX-M-3、CTX-M-14。9株未扩增到ESBLs基因型。结论:南京地区产ESBLs菌基因型主要以CTX-M型为主。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of the genotypes of producing extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) stains in Nanjing area. Methods: PCR was used to determine the presence of TEM,SHV,CTX-M and OXA of ESBLs by the specific primer. Then we detected the amplification products to determine their genotypes. Results: Among 80 strains of Escherichia coli and 30 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae we didn't find TEM, SHV, CTX-M and OXA type ESBLs. 51 stains were detected CTX-M type ESBLs, they are mainly CTX-M-3, CTX-M-14. 9 stains were negative in PCtL Conclusion: The main genotype was CTX-M type ESBLs in the ESBLs-producing strains in Nanjing area.
