踝关节创伤的MRI应用 被引量:6

摘要 MRI作为一种可全面评价骨与软组织损伤的检查手段,目前在踝关节的应用主要集中于韧带损伤、距骨骨软骨损伤、以及踝周肌腱病变等方面. 一、外侧副韧带损伤 踝部最易损伤的韧带为外侧副韧带,多发生在足跖屈、内翻内旋时,以距腓前韧带的损伤最为常见,其次为跟腓韧带损伤,距腓后韧带损伤则较为罕见.MRI横断面为诊断距腓前韧带损伤的最重要方位,常可在单层图像上完整显示距腓前韧带的全程;对于跟腓韧带损伤,则常需结合横断面和冠状面共同评估,并常需评估连续的多层图像.
