摘要
以桑树皮为原材料,通过合理高效的提取方法提取出桑皮纤维,为降低生产成本,采用棉纺的开清棉设备,结合气流成网与水刺加工技术生产出具有自然降解、抗菌抑菌的水刺医用非织造布,通过相关设备的改造,结合工艺路线探讨了各工序的生产工艺及采取的主要技术措施,通过合理调整工艺参数提高了非织造产品的质量。
Mulberry fiber is extracted from mulberry skin by reasonable efficient extraction method. To reduce production cost, cotton opening equipment is combinatedly used with air web forming and spun laced technology to produce medical nonwovens characteristic of natural degradable and antibacterial. In this paper, main process technological measures combined with modified related equipments are adopted to optimize processing parameters to improve the quality of the nonwovens.
