双二步法三维管状编织工艺原理研究

Process research of double two-step 3-D braiding

双二步法工艺是在传统二步法的基础上通过增加编织纱数目的一种三维编织工艺。所述的编织纱可以分成两套按照二步法规律运动的编织纱,依次通过交叉处,相互交叉重叠将轴纱束紧,形成多层织物组织结构。相对于传统二步法,双二步法工艺在相同轴纱数目的前提下,增加了编织纱的含量和纱线体积系数,提高了三维织物厚度,因而有效地提高了三维编织物的性能。

Double two-step is one kind of 3 - D braiding by increasing braiding yarn number based on traditional two-step. According to the regulation of two-step, all braider yarns can be divided into two sets and move in turn through the intersections. Braider yarns intertwine and constrict axial yarns to form multi-layer fabric structure. Compared with traditional two-step, in the premise of the same number of axial yarns, braider yarn content and yarn volum factor in this fabric structure are both increased which increases the thickness of the fabric so the performance of the fabric is effectively improved.
