摘要
根据运动型面料的吸湿排汗性以及塑身型内衣面料的弹性等功能性需要,从功能性组织形成原理出发,利用RSJ5/1EL经编机的特殊性能,配合服装结构和款式设计,总结了这类具有不同功能性区域的经编面料的工艺设计方法;给出了运动性功能面料和塑身性功能面料的设计实例,为功能性经编面料的工艺设计提供了参考。
To meet the needs of moisture wicking sports fabric and the elasticity of body sculpting underwear fabric, beginning with the theory of functionality forming and depending on the special performance of the RSJ5/1 EL warp-knitted machine as well as coordinated the garment structure with the style design, has summarized the technological design method of these different functional areas of the warp-knitted fabric. Practical design examples of functional sports fabrics and body sculpting functional fabrics are given, provided references for the process design of warp-knitted functional fabrics.
