摘要
建立矩形截面叶片密封的数值模型,研究叶片密封圆角r和叶片圆角R对密封面接触压力的影响。研究结果表明:圆角r和R都会导致密封面接触压力明显降低,增大了密封失效的风险。当叶片密封圆角r较大时,应适度加大预压缩量以增大密封面接触压力。叶片圆角R不应超过临界值,针对具体实例给出了该临界值的计算结果。
A numerical model was built to study the effects of the fillet of vane and vane seals to the contact pressure of flexible windows shape vane seals with rectangular cross section. The computing results show that the fillet of vane and vane seals reduce significantly the contact pressure. So a big initial interference is necessary when there is a big vane seal fillet. Also the fillet of the vane should be limited to avoid too much contact pressure lost, and the fillet limit was gotten aiming at an example.
