摘要
以机床旋转轴几何中心偏差所产生误差的规律为研究对象,以达到预期的加工精度。以水刀切割锥台为例,根据矢量在空间的旋转变换关系及时间分割法插补原理,采用双转台五轴联动数控机床的刀具矢量加工旋转动作分解的方法,求出在双转台五轴联动数控机床(AC型和BC型)中,由刀具回转中心偏差ε和δ所带来的回转中心几何误差的关系式,表明误差与刀具回转中心具有关联性。
In order to compensate for the machining errors and reach the expected machining precision in the 5-axis machining, the error source and size were need to find out. For example, cutting Rectangular cone objects, the geometric center of the machine rotating axis offsetting the effect of the impact cutting was studied. According to the rotation transformation vector relationship in space, using decomposition method about tool rotary motion vector in dual turntable five-axis CNC machine tools, the principle is found of ge- ometry error of rotation center causing by the formula of tool center deviation ε and δ ( eg. AC and BC type) , which there is relevance.
