弧齿锥齿轮齿面点坐标求解及模型建立 被引量:5

摘要 通过分析弧齿锥齿轮加工方法,根据共轭曲面求解原理和弧齿锥齿轮啮合以及旋转投影原理,建立弧齿锥齿轮齿面模型。采用iSIGHT优化设计软件,利用连续二次规划和混合整数最优算法,计算弧齿锥齿轮齿面点的三维坐标,在MATLAB和Pro/E中建立弧齿锥齿轮齿面三维曲面仿真模型,为弧齿锥齿轮数控加工机床精度设计提供了一定的参考依据。 The equation of tooth surface of spiral bevel gear was proposed based on the solving principle of conjugate flexural surfaces and analyses on the machining principle of spiral bevel gears. The solving model of digitized conjugate tooth surfaces of spiral bevel gear also was proposed with the equation of tooth surface of spiral bevel gear and rotary projection principle. The value of three- dimensional coordinate of points on the tooth surface of spiral bevel gear was calculated using the methods of sequential quadratic programming and mixed integer optimization with the optimization design software iSIGHT. The three-dimnsional model of points on the tooth surface of spiral bevel gear was set up by MATLAB and Pro/E. It can offer reference to the precision design of spiral bevel gear machine tool.
