摘要
提出用换向阀控制开式液压系统的船舶小型舵机伺服系统,采用Bang-bang控制方法进行控制器设计。利用MATLAB的SimHydraulic物理仿真模块,建立了这一系统的仿真模型,通过闭环仿真调整得到控制器参数,并通过实验进行了验证。仿真和实验表明这一舵机伺服系统的性能满足要求。
A hydraulic servo control system driven by on-off valve was proposed. Bang-bang control was applied as the control strategy. The SimHydraulic simuliation module in MATLAB was used to simulate the hydraulic dynamics. Parameters of the Bangbang controller were tuned via the simulations and then applied in the real tests. The experiments verify the performance of the hydraulic servo system meet requirement.
