十七届六中全会提出要努力建设社会主义文化强国。高校是社会主义文化建设的重要阵地,管理文化、科技文化和教学文化是大学校园文化的重要组成部分,为建设富有学术内涵、高层次校园科技文化,应积极发挥学科主导、引领作用,促进校园文化建设,完善学科自身文化,融合校园其他文化形成合力,推进社会主义文化和谐发展,是实现教育与文化深度融合的重要途径。

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of CCP drew up the guideline of building China into a socialist cultural power.The college campus culture,as an important part of China's socialist culture,is chiefly composed of management culture,scientific and technological culture,and teaching culture.To build a high-level campus scientific and technological culture characterized by rich academic atmosphere,disciplines should play a leading and dominating role in motivating the campus culture construction,and the culture of disciplines should be enhanced and integrated with other cultures on the campus to give impetus to the harmonious development of the socialist culture.It is the key approach of cultural integrating with education.
