摘要
以L-色氨酸和对三氟甲基苯甲醛为原料,经Pictet-Spengler环合、酯化、氧化、肼解、酰化五步反应合成了四个新型的1-对三氟甲基苯基-β-咔啉-3-羰基双酰肼(5a~5d),其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。初步的抗菌活性测试结果表明,5b~5d对水稻纹枯菌有一定的抗菌活性。
Four novel 1-trifluoromethyl-phenyl-β-carboline-3-carbonyl-diacylhydrazine(5a~5d) were synthesized from L-tryptophan and trifluoromethyl-benzaldehyde by a five-step reactions of Pictet-Spengler condensation,esterification,oxidation,N-alkylation and acylation.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.The preliminary antibacterial tests showed that 5b~5d exhibited certain antifungal activities against Rhizoctonia solani.
