摘要 以1-萘甲醛和2,2-二乙氧基乙胺为起始原料,经多步反应液相合成了1,6,8-三取代-六氢吡嗪并[1,2-a]嘧啶-4,7-二酮类化合物,其结构和立体构型经1H NMR和1D NOE确证。 Two 1,6,8-trisubstituted hexahydro-pyrazinopyrimidine-4,7-diones compounds were synthesized from 2,2-diethoxyethanamine and 1-naphthaldehyde by the solution-phase synthesis.The structures and the configuration were confirmed by 1H NMR and 1D NOE.
