夏季在饲料中添加脂肪酶对仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究夏季气候条件下在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加不同量的脂肪酶对其生产性能的影响。试验选择体况相近、体重7千克左右的三元杂(杜长大)保育仔猪135头,随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组,每组设3个重复,每个重复15头。试验为单因素三水平试验,即对照组(基础日粮),试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+0.02%脂肪酶),试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+0.04%脂肪酶)。试验时间为28天。试验结果表明:(1)Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组仔猪的日增重均高于对照组,试验Ⅱ组较对照组差异显著(p<0.05);(2)对照组与试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组仔猪的平均每天耗料量分别为(0.58±0.04)kg、(0.61±0.01)kg、(0.62±0.02)kg,差异不显著(p﹥0.05);(3)对照组与试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的料重比分别为1.60±0.07、1.54±0.02、1.51±0.03,试验Ⅱ组与对照组之间的差异显著(p<0.05)。结果表明在日粮中添加脂肪酶对仔猪生产性能的提高有一定的促进作用。
