摘要
目的了解南京地区丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因型的分布特点。方法收集218份抗-HCV阳性和HCVRNA阳性的血清标本,通过基因芯片法进行基因分型研究。结果 218例HCV感染者血清中,检出1b、2a、3a、3b、6型单基因型(分别为8.72%、2.29%、5.50%和1.83%)和1b+2a、1b+3b、1b+6型、2a+3a混合基因型共9种,其中以1b型为主,占77.06%。结论 1b型为南京地区丙型肝炎患者感染HCV的主要基因型,2a、3a、3b、6型亦占相当比例,提示南京地区HCV流行的基因型呈现多样性。
Objective To investigate the distribution status of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes in Nanjing. Methods Total of 218 cases with serologic anti-HCV and HCV RNA positive were determined for their genotypes by HCV gene chip. Results There were 9 different HCV subtypes in the 218 samples, including genotypes 1b, 2a, 3a, 3b, 6(with the rates of 8.72%,2.29%, 5.50% and 1.83%, respectively), 1b+6, 1b+2a, 1b+3b, 2a+3a and 1b was the main genotype (77.06%). Conclusions HCV 1b is the predominant genotype patients with HCV infection in Nanjing, and the proportions of genotypes 2a, 3a, 3b, and 6 were 8.72%,2.29%, 5.50% and 1.83%, indicating the diversity of HCV genotype in Nanjing.
