Rural power renovation is a large-scale project beneficial to the public involving tremendous funds and various formidable tasks. This article expounds on the differences between rural power grid and urban power grid. The author examines the present state of rural power grid renovation and the existent problems and puts forward measures to address them in terms of improvement in regulations and rules, giving importance to scale and benefits, improving quality and effect and ensuring safety.
