PEG胁迫对野菊幼苗保护酶系统的影响

摘要 以产自辽宁本溪的野菊幼苗为材料,研究不同浓度PEG对幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)同工酶酶谱及酶活力的影响。结果表明:SOD和CAT活性随胁迫时间的延长呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。POD活性变化规律不明显。酶谱分析表明,不同浓度的PEG胁迫下野菊幼苗保护酶系同工酶随时间的改变其谱带的表达程度不同。 Effect of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with five different concentrations on bands and activities of protective enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in seedlings of Dendranthema indicum were examined. The results showed that the activities of SOD and CAT were first increased and then decreased with the increase of the treating time. The change of POD activity had not ob- vious regularity on time and concentrations. The bands of protective enzymes were expressed differently with the increase of the treating time under different PEG concentrations.
