Cluster Development of Tea Industry Based on LQ and SWOT in Shaanxi

在通过区位商法判定陕西茶产业的集聚情况的基础上,利用SWOT分析法对陕西省茶产业发展中关乎集群发展的内部优势、劣势以及发展中存在的机遇、威胁进行综合分析。结合陕西省茶产业的发展现状,提出了陕西省茶产业向集群方向发展的战略建议及适合陕西省茶产业集群发展的模式。

Based on the analysis of the aggregation situation of tea industry in Shaanxi by the method of LQ （location quotient）, a SWOT analysis was conducted to comprehensively analyze the advantages and disad- vantages of internal conditions, as well as the opportunities and threats existed in the external environment of the cluster development for tea industry in Shaanxi Province. Combining the current situation of tea in dustry development, strategies and the suitable model for developing tea industry towards cluster develop- ment in Shaanxi Province were proposed.
