摘要
基于试验数据,得到单块C楞瓦楞纸板动态本构关系,并运用最小二乘法成功识别本构关系中的参数。然后建立了多层瓦楞纸板组成的串联缓冲系统动力学模型。最后计算串联缓冲系统的动力学响应,与试验数据对比并进行验证。所提出的方法为串联缓冲系统的优化结构设计奠定了基础。
The dynamic constitutive relation of a monolayer corrugated paperboard with C-Flute was obtained from experimental data, and the parameters in the relation were identified by using the least square method. Then, a dynamic model for a cushioning packaging system of series corrugated paperboard with C- Flute was established. Finally, the dynamic responses of the cushion packaging system made of multi-layer corrugated paperboard were computed and verified with experiments. The proposed method here laid down a solid foundation for the optimal structural design of a series cushionong packaging system.
