基于ASP.NET技术的学校网络办公系统的设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ASP.NET TECHNOLOGY-BASED SCHOOL NETWORK OA SYSTEM

计算机网络办公系统是将现代化办公和计算机网络功能结合起来的一种新型的办公方式。以学校办公自动化系统为背景,介绍了从业务需求及可行性分析到系统的框架设计、各功能模块的设计、数据库、安全管理设计,再到系统开发实施的整个过程,考虑周全并科学合理。系统主要包含了"我的系统"、"系统管理"、"文件管理"、"会议管理"、"办公事项"、"接待管理"等功能。目前该系统已经在校内实施并使用,通过实践,证明使用该办公自动化系统,提高了学校的办公效率。

Computer network OA system（OAS） is a new office method combining modern office and computer network together.This article,based on the OAS of school,presents a whole profile of process from the business requirements and feasibility analysis to the design of system framework,each functional module,database,security management,and then to the development and implementation of the system,which has thoughtful consideration and is scientific and rational as well.The system mainly consists of ＂My System＂,＂System Management＂,＂Document Management＂,＂Conference Management＂,＂Daily Office＂,＂Reception Management＂ and other functions.At present,the system has been implemented and used in the school,and the use of the OAS proves to have improved the office efficiency of the school through practice.
