前交叉韧带重建后韧带化研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后植入物在关节内和骨隧道内需经历愈合早期、增殖期、韧带化期等阶段。目前研究显示愈合早期植入物中央坏死、细胞过少且无法检测到血管再生;愈合增殖期植入物重塑和血管再生活跃,细胞活性强,膝关节力学性能最低,细胞外基质发生显著变化;韧带化期植入物不断向完整ACL形态和力学强度方向重塑,其过程漫长。韧带化过程中各种变化及不同植入物愈合模型之间差异的研究对于改进ACL手术具有重要临床意义。目前包括ACL残端保留在内的多种技术对韧带化的影响成为研究热点。该文就ACL重建后韧带化过程及相关研究进展作一综述。
