大型双壁钢围堰制作工艺

Manufacturing process of large-scale double-wall steel cofferdam

天津海滨大道永定新河特大桥工程8#、9#主桥墩的水下施工采用钢围堰结构,其结构型式为方型双壁无底钢围堰结构,为目前国内内河桥梁施工中采用该结构型式最大的钢围堰。本文通过总结本次钢围堰的制作和预拼装施工经验,阐述大型双壁无底钢围堰的结构特点和制作工艺。

The steel cofferdam structure was adopted in underwater construc-tion of 8 ^# and 9 ^# main bridge pier for YongdingXinhe super-large bridge project of Tianjin coastal avenue, the structure pattern is square double-wall steel cofferdam without bottom, and it is the largest steel cofferdam adopted in domestic river bridge construction. The steel cofferdam manufacturing and pre-assembling construction experience was summarized,and the structure features and manufacturing process of large-scale double-wall steel cofferdam without bottom were also described in this paper.
