摘要
介绍了DTJ动态监控系统在进行实时监控、事前预控、事中监控、查询功能、数据报警与事后分析中的作用,系统对日进度、总产量、生产波动、级配油石比等生产情况的时间监控,可帮助监理、施工单位进一步了解情况。结合现场采集数据,分析其混合料的稳定性能。利用统计原理和施工动态控制的方法,及时、针对性地进行改进和调整施工配合比,从而提高施工质量的稳定性,达到了指导生产的目的。
The roles of DJ dynamic control system in real-time monitoring, advance pre-control, monitoring in the event, search function, data alarming and post analysis were introduced, the time monitoring of such production conditions as daily progress, total production, production fluctuation, gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio etc. can help the supervision and construction units know the conditions further. In combination with the collected data at site, the stability performance of the mixture was analyzed, the statistics principle and dynamic control method of construction were utilized to improve and adjust the construction mix proportion and increase the stability of improving construction quality and attain the purpose of guiding the production.
