摘要
目的:应用高分辨率血流显像(highdefinitionflow,HDF)技术对200例胎儿静脉系统进行显示,探讨HDF在胎儿静脉系统中应用的可行性。方法:采用HDF技术对200例正常胎儿肺静脉、静脉导管及下腔静脉进行显示,并与彩色多普勒显像进行对比。结果:HDF对1条肺静脉显示率为100%(200/200),2条显示率为95%(190/200),3条显示率为70%(140/200),4条显示率为56%(112/200)。彩色多普勒对1条肺静脉的显示率99%(198/200),2条显示率为85%(170/200),3条显示率为40%(80/200),4条显示率为21%(42/200)。HDF对静脉导管显示率为98%(196/200),彩色多普勒对静脉导管显示率为95%(190/200),HDF与彩色勒对3条,4条显示率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HDF对下腔静脉显示率为100%(200/200),彩色多普勒对下腔静脉显示率98%(196/200)。结论:HDF技术可清晰显示胎儿静脉系统,对细小低速血流,如肺静脉的显示更有优势。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of high definition flow(HDF) in the application of normal fetal venous system.Method:Two hundred normal singleton pregnancies between 20 and 40 week gestation were examined by HDF and color Doppler flow imaging. Result:One pulmonary vein were displayed with HDF in 200 fetuses(100. 00%), two pulmonary veins were displayed with HDF in 190 fetuses(95. 00%), three pulmonary veins were displayed with HDF in140 fetuses(70. 00%)and four pulmonary veins were displayed with HDF at the same time in 112 fetuses (56%).One pulmonary vein were displayed with CDFI in 198 fetuses(99. 00%), two pulmonary veins were displayed with CDFI in 170 fetuses(85. 00%), three pulmonary veins were displayed with CDFI in 80 fetuses (40. 00%)and four pulmonary veins were displayed with CDFI at the same time in 42 fetuses (21%). Conclusion: HDF can demonstrate the number of pulmonary vein.
