Organization and Implementation about Pediatric Ward Moving Work

目的:介绍综合性儿科病房成功搬迁工作的组织与实施经验,希望为今后的搬迁工作提供借鉴。方法:通过搬迁的安全评估、完善的准备工作、运用风险管理、把握搬迁中的重点,确保搬迁过程的质量与安全、及时督查搬迁后质量与安全5个方面的组织与实施。结果:仅用8h,五个区域143例患儿转运及一个区域搬迁后移交工作均顺利完成,患儿诊疗,病房运转顺利,无医疗护理差错发生。结论:统一认识是搬迁工作顺利进行的基础,充分安全评估是搬迁工作的重要环节,统筹规划是搬迁工作顺利的保证,落实风险管理措施是搬迁工作质量与安全保障的关键环节。

Objective：To introduce the successful experience about organization and implementation of comprehensive pediatric word had been moving to a new place and provide reference for similar moving work in future.Method：The whole organization and implementation was done by safe assessment before moving, perfect preparation work, risk management, holding the emphasis work to assure the quality and safety in removal process, inspect the quality and safety promptly after removal process.Result：143 children patients in 5 districts were successful moved to a new district in 8 hours, the diagnosis and treatment of children patients and the ward’s work were not affected, medical and nursing errors didn’t occurred.Conclusion：Unified understanding is the foundation, full safety assessment is the important links, overall planning is the guarantee, risk management measures is the key links about moving work.
