摘要
目的探讨藏族大学生情绪调节与自我控制能力的关系。方法采用自我控制能力问卷和情绪调节量表对457名藏族大学生进行调查。结果 (1)藏族大学生自我控制能力的情绪自控维度与情绪调节的重新评价和表达抑制两个维度之间存在显著正相关;自我控制总分与重新评价维度存在显著正相关;(2)情绪调节的重新评价维度在自我控制能力的情绪自控维度上、行为自控维度上和自我控制能力总分上存在显著差异;(3)情绪调节的表达抑制与情绪自控评分存在显著相关。结论藏族大学生的情绪调节与自我控制能力高度相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between emotion regulation and self-control competency on Tibetan college students. Methods The questionnaires of emotion regulation and self - control competency were evaluated by 457 Tibetan college students. Results ( 1 ) A significantly positive correlation between emotion control dimension of self - control ability and reappraisal, expression suppression were found on Tibetan college students, and the score of self- control was significantly positive correlated with reappraisal dimension; (2) The score of emotion control, behavior control and self- control ability was significantly difference on reappraisal dimension of emotion regulation ; (3) The score of expression suppression dimension of emotion regulation was sig- nificantly correlated with emotion control dimension of self - control ability. Conclusion Emotion regulationgreatly associated with self- control ability on Tibetan college students.
