抑郁障碍与谷氨酸功能 被引量:4

摘要 抑郁障碍是一种常见的慢性精神障碍。传统对抑郁障碍病因的解释主要集中在单胺类神经递质的功能失调上。近年来,越来越多的证据表明谷氨酸在抑郁障碍的发病机制中充当着重要的作用。本文将围绕谷氨酸及其受体的功能,以及谷氨酸功能失调在抑郁障碍动物模型与临床初步研究等作一概述。
