经皮消融治疗肾肿瘤的临床应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 对于不适合或不愿意接受手术切除的肾肿瘤患者,经皮肾肿瘤消融术是保留肾单位的标准治疗方案。对于肾脏偶发癌及存在合并症、多发性肾细胞癌和/或遗传性肾癌综合征而需要保护肾功能的患者,经皮肾消融术也得到越来越多的应用。本文就射频消融及冷冻消融治疗肾细胞癌的有关临床研究结果作一综述,提出肾脏肿瘤消融治疗在临床和技术方面的注意事项,并探讨可能出现的并发症。同时对经皮微波消融在肾癌治疗中的应用作一简介。
