多中心尿路上皮癌克隆起源的分子生物学研究
摘要
尿路上皮癌临床常见,具有较高的多中心发生率和复发率,严重影响患者的愈后和生活质量。目前对多中心尿路上皮癌的发生机制和克隆起源尚不清楚。通过对多中心尿路上皮癌的分子生物学研究,有可能阐明多中心瘤灶的克隆关系。本文就分子生物学技术在多中心尿路上皮癌克隆起源研究进展作一综述。
