胎球蛋白A与肾结石形成的关系 被引量:1

摘要 胎球蛋白-A是一种具有多种生物学功能的糖蛋白:与骨的重塑、炎症调节、钙磷等矿物质代谢调节、动脉粥样硬化及心瓣膜钙化等有密切关系;近年来有研究发现胎球蛋白-A与肾结石的形成也有密切的关系,该蛋白可能发挥着结石抑制因子作用。作者对此作一综述,旨在为更深入了解胎球蛋白-A及尿路结石形成机制提供新的思路。
