化瘀通络方治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对血液流变学、ET的影响

Clinical effects of the Huayu Tongluo recipe in treating psoriasis vulgaris and its impact on blood rheology,ET

目的:观察化瘀通络方治疗寻常型银屑病血瘀证的疗效及对血液流变学、血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:治疗组60例用化瘀通络方治疗,对照组60例用消银颗粒治疗,两组同时外用5%硫磺软膏。疗程8周后评价其临床疗效,并检测治疗组治疗前后血液流变学指标、血浆内皮素水平的变化。结果:两组总有效率分别为83.33%、56.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(x2=15.8,P<0.01);治疗组经治疗后血液流变学指标明显改善,血浆内皮素水平明显下降。结论:化瘀通络方疗效好,且能明显改善血液流变性,降低血浆内皮素水平。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of the Huayu Tongluo recipe in treating psoriasis vulgaris and its impact on blood rheology,ET.Methods：The treatment group of 60 cases were treated by the Huayu Tongluo recipe,and the control group of 60 cases were tveatment by Xiaoyin particles.Two groups simultaneously externally used 10% of the sulfur ointment.Evaluated the clinical efficacy after 8 weeks of treatment,and detected the hemorheology,changes of plasma endothelin levels before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 56.67% in the control group,the two groups have a significant difference （x 2 =15.8,P0.01）.The treatment group after treatment the hemorheology significantly improved,plasma endothelin levels were significantly decreased.Conclusion：The effects of the Huayu Tongluo recipe was good,and could significantly improve blood and reduce the level of plasma endothelin.
