中药内服并针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡40例

Treating 40 cases of spleen deficiency type peptic ulcer in TCM plus acupuncture

目的:观察自拟胃愈汤配合针灸治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:40例患者给予胃愈汤配合针灸治疗,15d为1疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效观察。结果:40例患者,治愈29例,好转10例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%。结论:愈汤配合针灸治疗虚寒型消化性溃疡疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective：To observe the effects of the Weiyu decoction plus acupuncture in treating peptic ulcer.Methods：40 cases were treated by the Weiyu decoction plus acupuncture,15 days for a course of treatment,after 2 courses the effects were observed.Results：in 40 cases,29 cases were cured,10 cases improved,ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency was 97.5%.Conclusion：The effects of the Weiyu decoction plus acupuncture was obvious in treating peptic ulcer,recurrence rate is low.
