中药结合氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎

Treating children with allergic rhinitis in TCM plus fluticasone nasal spray

目的:探讨中药结合氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察。方法:将198例过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为西药组、中药组、观察组,各66例,西药组给予氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗;中药组给予自拟中药汤剂治疗;观察组给予氟替卡松鼻喷剂联合自拟中药汤剂治疗。结果:西药组与中药组疗效总有效率相近,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疗效总有效率明显优于西药组和中药组,差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中药结合氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,具有安全可靠、复发率低、不良反应少等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of treating children with allergic rhinitis in TCM plus fluticasone nasal spray.Methods：198 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the modern medicine group,TCM group,and the observation group,66 cases in each group,the modern medicine group was given fluticasone nasal spray for treatment;the TCM group was treated with the self-made TCM;and the observation group was treated in TCM plus fluticasone nasal spray.Results：The efficacy of the modern medicine group and TCM group total efficiency similar,the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）;total effective the observation group was significantly better than than in the modern medicine group and TCM group,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating children with allergic rhinitis in TCM plus fluticasone nasal spray efficacy significantly,has the advantages of safe,reliable,low recurrence rate,fewer adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
