葛花解酲汤在酒依赖病人肝损害治疗中的应用

The application of the Gehua Jiecheng decoction in treating liver damage in patients with alcohol dependence

目的:探讨葛花解酲汤在酒依赖病人肝损害治疗中的临床疗效。方法:80例酒依赖病人随机分为两组,对照组40例单用抗焦虑药治疗,合用组以葛花解酲汤加味治疗,两组以4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗结束时,两组病人戒断症状均完全消失,合用组肝功能ALT明显降低。结论:葛花解酲汤对酒依赖病人肝损害症状改善明显,可以显著提高疗效。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of the Gehua Jiecheng decoction in treating liver damage in patients with alcohol dependence.Methods：80 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 40 patients with anti-anxiety medication treatment,the combined group was treated with the Gehua Jiecheng decoction,four weeks for a course of treatment.Results：The end of the treatment,withdrawal symptoms of the two groups completely disappeared;liver function ALT of the combination group was significantly reduced.Conclusion：The Gehua Jiecheng decoction could improve the symptoms of liver damage in patients with alcohol dependence significantly,also could significantly improve the outcome.
