清胰汤对重症急性胰腺炎治疗价值的系统评价

Evaluation on the effect of the Qingyi decoction on treating SAP

目的:观察清胰汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法:对照组常规治疗,观察组采用清胰汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清胰汤辅助治疗SAP能显著降低患者腹痛缓解,有一定临床推广价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical value of the Qingyi decoction on treating SAP.Methods：Control group was applied conventional treatment,observational group was treated by Qingyi decoction.Results：The total effective rate in observational group was super to that of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Qingyi decoction in treating SAP could significantly decrease patients＇ pain,worthy of clinical promotion.
