观察茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of treating neonatal Jaundice with Yinzhihuang pills

目的:观察茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2010年10月～2011年10月收治的病理性黄疸患儿100例,并将其随机分为治疗组及对照组各50例,两组患儿均给予一般常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予加用茵栀黄颗粒,每次1g,3次/d并给予蓝光照射。对照组在常规治疗的基础上,给予加用蓝光照射。并对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗组的显效率为84.0%,总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组,两组数据比较具有的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang pills on treating neonatal Jaundice.Methods：100 cases of pathological jaundice were admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011,who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 case in each group,the two groups of children were given conventional treatment in general.The treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment to give Yinzhihuang pills,1g a time,three times a day and plus the Bluray irradiation.The control group was given conventional treatment based on the addition of blue light irradiation.And clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results：The significant efficiency of treatment group was 84.0%,the total effective rate was 100.0%,that was significantly higher than that in the control group,the two sets of data have significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：Yinzhihuang pills has good a clinical efficacy on treating neonatal Jaundice,worthy of promotion.
