蛇不过治疗带状疱疹32例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of herpes zoster with the Shebuguo

目的:观察土家草药蛇不过外用治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将63例带状疱疹患者分为治疗组蛇不过组(32例)和对照组阿昔洛韦软膏组(31例),治疗组外搽蛇不过麻油,对照组外用阿昔洛韦软膏,治疗7d。结果:治疗组的治愈率37.5%,总有效率93.8%,对照组的治愈率19.4%,总有效率为67.7%,统计学显示有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:蛇不过对带状疱疹具有较好的治疗作用,与阿昔洛韦软膏相比有其治疗上的优势。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating herpes zoster with the Tujia herbal Shebuguo.Methods：63 cases of herpes zoster patients were divided into the treatment group （32 cases） and the control group （31 cases）,the treatment group was treated with the Shebuguo sesame oil topical,and the control group topical acyclovir ointment,treatment for 7 days.Results：In the treatment group,the cure rate was 37.5%,with a total effective rate of 93.8%,and in the control group,the cure rate was 19.4% in the control group,the total effective rate was 67.7%,statistically significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：The Shebuguo has a better therapeutic effect on treating herpes zoster compared with acyclovir ointment treatment advantage.
