2011年我院中药饮片调剂应用分析

The application analysis of TCM pieces prescriptions in our hospital in 2011

目的:调查2011年我院中药房中药饮片的用药情况,找出处方用药的规律及存在的问题并对其进行分析,并提出完善中药饮片管理的建议,促进中医临床合理用药。方法:2011年中药房中药饮片处方19002张,依据《中国药典》、《中药处方格式及书写规范》等进行列表分析,并对其存在的问题进行分析。结果:我院中药饮片处方用药基本合理,但仍存在中药质量问题、中医处方书写不规范、处方调配差错、发药交待不全面等问题。结论:我院中药房对中药饮片的调剂基本是合理的,不合理处方给付只占1.6%,但我们对不合理处方用药仍要高度重视,从处方用药适宜性的水平进行深度分析,确保各种措施到位,进一步完善中药房药事管理。

Objective：To investigate the situation of medicine use in our hospital pharmacy in 2011,and find out the law of prescription medicine and the problems,then analyze them,and propose the recommendations for improving the TCM pieces management,promoting the rational use of medicine of TCM clinical.Methods：In 2011,pharmacy had 19002 TCM pieces prescription,based on the ＂TCM pharmacopoeia＂,＂TCM prescription forms and writing specifications＂ to list and analyze its problems.Results：TCM pieces prescription in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still quality problems of TCM,TCM prescription writing is not standardized,prescription deployment errors,dispensing confessed comprehensive problem.Conclusion：TCM pieces prescription in our hospital is basically reasonable,unreasonable prescriptions accounted for only 1.6%,but we still have to attach great importance to the unreasonable prescription medication,depth analyze prescription medication from the level of the appropriateness;make sure that the various measures in place,to further improve in pharmacy pharmacy administration.
