土拉菌病国内外流行情况与诊断的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 为了更好地检测和预防土拉菌病,介绍了土拉菌病的国内外流行情况。综述了土拉菌的细菌学、免疫学、分子生物学检测方法,并对上述检测方法进行总结和分析。旨在为土拉菌的深入研究检测提供思路和科学依据。 The review introduced the epidemic situation both in home and abroad on tularemia,for the purpose of better detection and prevention.Here,we would summarized and analyzed the recent progresses of research on the testing methods of tularemia,such as bacteriology inspection,immunological test,molecular biological detection,in order to provide ideas and scientific basis for the in-depth study of tularemia.
