摘要 以取得最优性能或最大经济效益为目标来确定各种材料的最佳配合比方案,建立了级配碎石配合比设计的数学模型,基于Microsoft Excel的规划求解工具和函数,设计出一种能够快速而精确的完成级配碎石最优配合比设计的程序,并对级配碎石的性能进行了对比测试。结果表明:利用此配合比设计程序所设计的级配碎石的级配具有最佳的工程实用性能,工程应用中,可以根据具体情况,通过增减约束条件,对级配碎石的级配进行优化调整。 This paper establishes the mathematical model of the optimum mix proportion for graded crushed stone, and designs a procedure calculatting the optimum mix proportion quickly and exactly based on Microsoft Excel "solver" tool and function. Contrast test has been carried out for the performance of the graded crushed stone. The results show that the graded crushed stone with optimum gradation is designed from the optimum gradation mix proportion design possesses the best engineering practical performance. In actual engineering, we can optimize gradation of graded crushed stone according to concrete conditions, by increasing or decreasing the constraint conditions.
