摘要
中老铁路是中国"走出去"战略的重要体现,是在老挝境内修建的第一条地质复杂、地形困难的山区铁路。文章结合国内山区铁路选线的主要原则,分析了该线路同国内山区铁路选线原则中的异同,其结论为:结合沿线交通、电网等基础设施建设薄弱的现状,应坚持规避工程风险的地质选线、坚持环保选线,并同时以靠近既有交通线和既有电力线的工程选线为原则进行中老铁路勘察设计工作。
China-Laos railway, the first railway ever built in Lao mountainous areas with difficult and dangerous topography, is of great significance for China's "going global" strategy. Based on the domestic practice of route selection, the author makes a brief summary on different principles of route selection between China-Laos railway and domestic rail- ways. The conclusion shows that the route selection in this area should adhere to the principle of avoiding risks and paying more attention to environment protection as there is lack of infrastructure like traffic means and grid along the line; the route should be selected adjacently to existing traffic lines and existing grid.
