摘要
目的:探讨微波治疗与湿热敷治疗在PICC所致机械性静脉炎中的应用疗效。方法:将82例使用PICC发生机械性静脉炎患者进行随机分组,试验组42例及对照组40例,试验组42例采用硫酸镁湿热敷后微波治疗,对照组采用湿热敷。结果:试验组治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论:微波治疗机械性静脉炎显效快、无痛苦、无副作用。
Objective ： Discussing on the application of microwave treatment to mechanism intravenous inflammation caused by PICC.Methods ： The 82 cases of PICC mechanical phlebitis patients were randomized sub test group of 42 eases and the control group of 40 patients, the test group of 42 patients with magnesium sulfate moist heat after microwave treatment, the control group using moist heat.Results ： The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion ： The microwave treatment that is applied into mechanism intravenous inflammation is effective and efficient. Additionally, this treatment closes not cause any pain or any side effects to patients.
