血清总前列腺特异抗原在前列腺炎病情变化中的研究

Study of Changes of Serum Total Prostate Specific Antigen in Prostatitis

目的:探讨血清总前列腺特异抗原(T-PSA)在慢性前列腺炎疾病及病情演变中的表达,了解血清T-PSA与前列腺炎的相关性。方法:选取2007年6月-2012年7月在笔者所在医院因前列腺炎就医患者100例,行血清T-PSA检查及前列腺液常规检查,了解T-PSA与慢性前列腺炎各型及前列腺炎病情演变过程中的相关性。结果:各型慢性前列腺炎患者中血清T-PSA监测均未升高。结论:血清T-PSA在慢性前列腺炎疾病及病情演变过程中无显著升高。

Objective ： To explore the expression of serum total prostate specific antigen （T-PSA） in chronic prostatitis and the ： 100 prostatitis patients were collected between June 2007 and July 2012.The serum T-PSA and prostatic fluid were tested in those patients.Results ： Serum T-PSA was not increased in various types of chronic prostatitis.Conclusion ： Serum T-PSA is not correlated with the chronic prostatitis and its development.
