农民工劳动就业机制及其改革探析

Analysis of Employment Mechanism for Migrant Workers and Reform of Employment Market

中国是农业大国,改革开放后,农民工群体在市场经济的发展和繁荣下壮大起来,但是农民工就业机制问题日益严重。试从现实着手,分析农民工劳动就业中的问题以及劳动就业机制弊端,提出一些解决路径。

China is a large agricultural nation, due to the reform and opening up to the outside world , the migrant workers have grown with the development of the market economy , but the employment mechanism for migrant workers are getting more and more serious. This paper analyzes the corrupt practice of the employment for migrant workers and employment mechanism and put forward some suggestions to solve the problem.
