摘要
地勘行业多年来在文化建设中,形成了自己的核心价值观。但随着社会的发展与环境的变化,不少企业文化的价值观与社会、市场以及员工价值取向产生差异,导致地勘企业适应外部环境的能力和企业内部整体导向的能力缺失,出现了价值观念的冲突,主要表现为:传统价值观与现代价值观的冲突;市场取向价值观与计划取向价值观的冲突;个人主体本位与企业主体本位的价值观冲突。文化多元化和经济体制转型是影响地勘单位价值观的主要原因。构建地勘企业核心价值观应遵循三大原则,即全体共识的价值准则、以人为本的基本原则、集体主义的主导原则。
Geological exploration industry has been formed their own core values during the cultural construction for years.However,with the development of society and the change of environment,the geological exploration enterprises have suffered from the loss of the ability of adapting to the external environment and the overall orientation ability within the enterprise due to the difference between many values of enterprises' culture and society,market and the value orientation of employees.This paper focuses on the conflicts of values between the following aspects,these include: traditional and modern value,market orientation values and plan orientation values,individual subject and enterprise subject value.This paper points out that cultural pluralism and transformation of economic system are the major reasons for the value of geological exploration units.In view of the above,this paper introduces the three principles for building the core value of geological enterprises,namely,the code of values is the consensus of all staff,the basic principle is putting people first,and the governing principle is collectivism.
